1. Booking & Deposits:
- Booking: To secure your place in a workshop, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required.
Deposit Payment:
-You will be provided with a secure payment link for online payment.
-Cash payments are also accepted, details for which will be provided upon booking confirmation.
-Deposit Non-Refundability: The deposit is non-refundable. This allows us to order materials specifically for the workshop and secure necessary resources.
-Workshop Date Changes: While the deposit is non-refundable, you may request to change the workshop date to an alternative date if availability permits.
Booking Rules:
-Workshop locations will be determined and communicated to participants prior to the workshop date.
-Participants are required to confirm their attendance and pay the deposit within 3 days of receiving the booking confirmation.
-If the deposit is not received within 3 days, the booking will be considered cancelled, and the space will be offered to other interested participants.
2. Workshop Policies:
-Workshop Fees: The remaining balance of the workshop fee is due on the day of the workshop.
-Workshop Materials: All materials required for the workshop will be provided.
-Travel to you: I offer tree travel within 15 miles of Lisburn, with charges applicable for distances exceeding 15 miles.
Workshop Cancellation:
-If the workshop is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your deposit to a future workshop.
-Participant Responsibility: Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the workshop.

* We strive to provide a safe and enjoyable learning environment, however, we cannot be held responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur during the workshop.
